My Plant Wasn't Available Due To Quality Issues

Our primary focus, and what separates us from our competitors, is our ability to quality check our products at every stage of handling until the moment of arrival at your doorstep. Since we aren't shipping in boxes through the mail, we have the ability to provide you with an undamaged, exceptional plant. We take this job very seriously. Occasionally, our vendors may send us a product which we dont believe lives us to the standards we expect. Perhaps it's not as fully developed as we would like or doesn't look healthy. Perhaps it was recently pruned back and has not flushed out as much as it should be. In this case we reject the plant as unacceptable and ask for a replacement from the grower. Sometimes this is possible, other times the entire crop may be in similiar condition and we don't feel comfortable sending it out to you. However, before we contact you and refund your money we will see if theres a larger size plant of the same variety which we will send at no additional cost. In all situations, we will contact you and let you know of the situation. Having someone looking out for your best interests is what our team is known for. We won't compromise on quality at any cost!
