Plant was available on the website, but was then notified it wasn't available.

Occasionally, a customer will order a plant which is shown to be available in the store only to be told shortly after that it wasn't available. It rarely happens, but our growers are sometimes subject to exceptionally large single orders from nurseries and landscapers, especially during the busy season. It's not uncommon for them to purchase 3-5,000 plants of a single variety thereby selling out the product before it can be updated in our store. Many of our growers send out 50 or more tractor trailers of plants a day during the growing season. There is an astounding turnover of plant material daily. We have worked closely with our vendors over the past few years on improving how quickly inventory is updated from. Several years ago it was once a week, now we have it down to every 10 minutes - however, sometimes orders can still slip through the crack during that time. We are continually focused on eliminating these circumstances to always get you the plants on your order.
